Knox offers groups for all adults to learn about and experience the Christian faith. You are invited to participate in any of our groups and we hope to see you soon.
SENIORS CONNECTING AT KNOX - OUTREACH PROGRAM
FROZEN SOUP LUNCH DELIVERIES
delivered by Knox volunteers to seniors of Knox and the community who are isolated or find it difficult to go out.These lunch packages contain frozen soup, bun/cheese and dessert along with a menu information flyer. They are delivered on the 4th Saturday of the month between 10 am to 12 noon. These meals are a gift from Knox Presbyterian Church, Guelph.

IN-PERSON LUNCHES
In-person homemade lunches will be served in Metcalf Hall on the 4th Thursday of the month from September to June except in December when it will be the 2nd Thursday due to Christmas. Seniors are welcome to arrive at 11:30 am. Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon with our feature entertainment beginning at 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm.
COMPLIMENTARY BUS TRANSPORTATION
Complimentary bus transportation is available for seniors to be picked up at their home, dropped off at the church and returned to their home afterwards. The bus will also pick you up and drop you off at a parking lot location if you are interested in driving to this site and avoid downtown parking and the time limited parking. FOCUS AND MANDATE
The focus and mandate of these programs is to make contact with seniors of Knox and the community and to support them in such ways as to enrich their quality of life, and trust they will experience the love of God in and through the caring of the Knox Church family.
Lunch Bunch provides an opportunity for good food, fun and fellowship while eating out at a different restaurant on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 11:45 a.m. If you don’t like to eat out alone, but like to try new or different places, come with us!
